How the ranks were chosen
S and A go to passes that state a cut, cash, XP, or a simple every-job item. Lower ranks are permanent unlocks whose effect size is not written down, or expensive passes that skip danger instead of paying the debt. If the in-game price changes, trust the store.
S tier

Player decision A cheap protection unlock once you know shots are ending your sales.
Player decision Buy if car prompts are missing and you want that badge.

C tier
Player decision Only for players stuck hunting Armored Robbery.
Player decision Wait for a hack prompt.
Player decision Test the free carry limit first.
